Rule has registered engineers, certified safety professionals, industrial hygienists, process safety managers, and other certified environmental professional and support staff to meet most project and program requirements of its clients.

Rule's principals have provided technical services to industry in senior level environmental engineering/management and safety/facilities management positions in major publicly traded corporations. Rule's employees and associates have a wide breadth of industry and consulting experience. The principals have personally provided technical and business services throughout the United States on a variety of facilities addressing numerous regulatory and business requirements.

• Develop operations based environmental management system for petroleum refineries;
• Develop and implement a safety program for an insurance agency supporting an owner controlled insurance program on a $100 MM construction project;
• Provide process safety management support, material safety data sheets and related process safety management information for the oil and gas industry;
• Conduct site-wide multi-media environmental audits of petroleum refineries;
• Develop and implement corporate safety programs for manufacturing and construction;
• Prepare risk management plans, quality assurance plans, annual emissions inventories, MACT notice of compliance status and periodic compliance reports, toxic release inventories, responses to federal and state information requests, etc. for petroleum refineries;
• Represent the owner in managing technical, regulatory and political aspects of a RCRA facility investigation;
• Work with insurance agencies to present owner controlled insurance programs to prospective clients;
