Rule Engineering, LLC (Rule), was founded as a Colorado Limited Liability Company on October 29, 1997. Rule was created to offer professional environmental engineering, and safety and health consulting services to industry. Rule's focus is to develop and implement business approaches that meet the requirements of a variety of environmental and safety related risks and regulations. Rule's services reduce our client's risk while saving money and time addressing regulatory issues.

Rule is carefully designed to provide services that focus on and satisfy the client's expectations. Understanding client's expectations is fundamental to providing effective, timely and cost competitive consulting service. Rule's staff of registered engineers, certified safety professionals and technical specialists recognizes the need for services to meet the client's business expectations by solving technical, environmental or safety issues.

Rule provides its services to a private sector clientele in the areas of:

• Develop, implement and trouble shoot environmental and safety regulatory compliance programs and management systems;
• Prepare and revise air, water and waste permit applications;
• Audit environmental, safety, and process safety management compliance;
• Provide OSHA compliance and competent person training;
• Implement on-site safety and PSM programs;
• Manage site assessments and remediation projects; and
• Advocate client interests to regulatory agencies, the community and the courts.

Rule addresses client concerns related to EPA and OSHA compliance, including: RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA, Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), construction and general industry standards training, worker's compensation, and numerous other federal, state and local environmental and safety related regulations.

For Rule's client's protection, Rule is covered by commercial and professional liability insurance and can meet most project or program bonding requirements.
